Collected data
IP address
We receive your IP address any time you browse a page on our website - this is just the way the internet works. IP addresses are recorded in server logs and stored for 90 days. We may use collected IP addresses to combat abuse (for example, to stop DDoS attacks).
Third-party provider ID, nickname, avatar
The website allows users to authenticate using third-party providers. Currently we support the following authentication providers:
When you authenticate using third-party provider, we collect:
Your user ID at the provider, which is usually just a long unique number. We save it to be able to authenticate you again via this provider.
Your nickname at the provider - visible name of your account at the provider.
Your avatar URL at the provider - an URL of your avatar picture.
For every provider above, the information we collect is already publicly available from your personal page at the provider's website.
We do not collect any other information about your profile, such as email or bio, even if provider allows access to it for us.
We collect the avatar URL, but we do not fetch or analyze the picture itself.
Account information
When you create an account, you need to provide a nickname. By default we pre-fill it with the nickname of the third-party account you have used for signing up, but you can change it to anything you prefer. We do not require it to be your real name, and it does not have to be unique across Kavykhi.Cloud userbase.
Your account nickname is visible to members of projects you are a member of.
